Oh My Gut! is a health tracking app. By using it, you agree to use it responsibly, understand it's not medical advice, and accept our terms for subscriptions, data, and liability limitations.

⚠️ Important: Oh My Gut! is NOT a medical device. Food scores are suggestions, not medical advice. Always consult healthcare professionals for medical decisions.

  • Must be 13+ years old
  • Keep your credentials secure
  • Provide accurate information
  • You're responsible for your account activity
  • Free trial: Converts to paid unless canceled
  • Auto-renewal: Cancel 24h before period ends via App Store/Google Play
  • Refunds: Handled by Apple/Google, not us
  • Price changes: 30 days notice for existing subscribers

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate laws or regulations
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Reverse engineer the app
  • Share your account credentials
  • Use the app to harm others
  • You own your food photos and health data
  • We can use it to provide app features (AI analysis, personalization)
  • See our Privacy Policy for details
  • The app is provided "as is" without warranties:
  • We don't guarantee 100% accuracy of AI analysis
  • App may have interruptions or errors
  • Personalization doesn't prevent all adverse reactions
  • Not liable for health outcomes from app use
  • Not responsible for third-party services
  • Total liability limited to amount paid in last 12 months
